Work Experience: Minimum 1 year.
Age Limit (as on 01-01-2017): Below 28 years.
Salary Details: Present CTC is 8.04 Lakhs per annum and 43,000 (approx) per month.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on 3 phases
Phase I: Online Aptitude Test,
Phase-II: Group Discussion and
Phase III: Personal Interview.
Federal Bank Online Test Pattern: The online test consists 150 questions for 150 marks and to finish the whole test in 90 minutes time duration.

IV General, Socio-economic & Banking Awareness
V Marketing / Sales Aptitude
