Which supervise and controls the insurance industry in India.
IRDAI (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India) is a statutory body formed under an Act of the Parliament. This is an apex organization for controlling and supervising the Indian insurance and reinsurance organizations. It ensures the orderly growth of IRDAI and other insurance industries by regulating, promoting and protecting the interests of policyholders.

The gross salary (Basic + DA+ HRA+ Grade Allowances+ Special Allowances +LCA)
- Manager (Grade B): Rs. 1,10,132 per month.
- Assistant General Manager (Grade C): Rs. 1,43,530.
- Deputy General Manager (Grade D): Rs. 1,89,152.
- General Manager (Grade E): Rs. 2, 17,794.
